Client services
All services are quoted and agreed in writing before work begins.
- Work not yet started: fully refundable. Email us and we will refund the payment to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Work in progress: deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Any amount paid for work not yet delivered is refunded.
- Delivered work that misses the agreed scope: we revise it at no charge until it matches what was agreed.
Questions about a charge
If something about a charge looks wrong, contact us first at dkbrandholdings@gmail.com. We reply within one business day and will resolve it.
Products from our brands
Products sold under brands owned by DK Brand Holdings follow the return and refund policy published on that brand's store.
